They are a full service salon offering hair coloring, perms, cutting, waxing, some body waxing, facials, ear candling, spray tanning as well as tanning, ear piercing, feather extensions.

They also offer manicures, pedicures, and acrylics nails. And of course the classic sit in hair dryers.

Product commonly available here include: O P I, Redken, Scruples, Big-N-Sexy, Nioxin, Matrix, Hot tools curling iron's, all sizes, Flat iron's large and small. They accept Discover, Master Card and Visa.

American Cancer
Wig Bank

Little known fact: Hair Essentials is the "American Cancer's Wig Bank." This means they provide free wigs for cancer patients.

Note that prom appointments should be made in advance to ensure a spot. Wedding parties are required to make appointments in advance. A 50% deposit is required 30 days before the wedding. Deposits are not refunded.

Hospital trips (within the Madison Historic District) and house calls for those sick and unable to visit the shop requires a $5.00 fee for gas.
