The brew kettle is sometimes refered to as a "copper", probably from days when copper was much cheaper.

Words of Wisdom

An important message:

Mobreki
Brewing

Men, remember, those great and immortal words of courage, "when you have to stand around holding your wife’s purse, while she shops for butterflies, angel wings and other fluffy things, nothing goes down easier than a nice cold Mobreki micro brew, located right down the hall!"

Background

Christopher Gibson and Scott Stoner, two men with a passion for great beers, started homebrewing in 2007. As their hobby grew, it gathered fans from the surrounding area, and the operation was named Mobreki in honor of Scott’s three daughters: Monica, Breena, and Kimberly. In late 2010, Scott purchased the old Trolley Barn in downtown Madison, Indiana and located Mobreki’s brewing operations in the historic building on Main Street. Mobreki began officially brewing its delicious line of beers in early 2011 and is currently offering four draught ales: Summer Haze, Red, Smooth Nut Brown, and Smoked Porter. (source)
